Lux Built LLC is a full service builder located in beautiful Port Angeles, WA. We serve Port Angeles, Sequim and surrounding areas within Clallam County. As our region grows, so does our need for housing of all types. Visionary code changes in recent years have opened opportunities to create new housing in unique ways. Most parcels both within Port Angeles, Sequim and Clallam County can accommodate multiple dwelling units, including Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), detached accessory dwelling Units (DADU). Many can now accommodate  duplexes and multi-family developments as well. These types of projects are known as infill development.

In 2021 and 2022 Lux Built LLC permitted and built the first Multi-Family Tax Exempted (MFTE) complex on the Olympic Peninsula. This project, which is exempted from property taxes for 12 years, was a partnership between Lux Built LLC and the City of Port Angeles.
